McDee's offers affordable fine arts classes for students of all abilities and ages taught by nationally recognized artists. Introductory classes provide beginning and novice students with the basic skills needed for continued growth and success in any art medium.

Registration Information

Classes are held at McDee's Art Center. Classes and workshops vary in length; please check the schedule below for details. Full payment by cash, check or credit card must accompany registrations. Make checks payable to McDee's Art Center, Inc. Mail registration and payment to or drop off at McDee's. Credit card registration can be made by phone. Stop by our store at 30 North Chelan Ave. in Wenatchee, call us at (509) 662-7117, or fill out our registration form.

Join Jeff Tift on Friday mornings from 9 am until 1 pm. Jeff will introduce you to his world of painting wildlife and nature in acrylics. This weekly class allows you to paint a subject of your own choosing and at your owN pace. Jeff is available to guide you through your painting. Attend every week or as often as your schedule allows. Fridays from 9 am until 1 pm Weekly Sessions. $25.00 per session

Tuesday Morning Watercolor  9:00am - 12:00pm

For those who would like to find a friendly place to paint, learn new techniques, and meet other enthusiasts. Work at your own pace on your own projects. No instructor. Bring your own supplies or buy them at McDee's Art Center! $5.00 per session

Tuesday Afternoon   1:00pm - 2:30pm

"A.W.A.R.E." Explore new art mediums without the pressure of a formal class. Supplies are provided with mentor on site. No instructor. Sponsored by the City of Wenatchee. No cost!
